Make sure your hands are clean. If you are unsure, you can wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or disinfect with alcohol-based spray and gel.

Make sure your masks are clean. Don’t wear used or unclean masks.

Put the mask on your face.

Adjust the tightness of the mask wth the elastic headband and seal.

Press the nose clip and make sure the mask covers your nose, mouth, and chin. There must be no gap between face and mask.

Try not to touch your mask whle you wear it.

Remove your mask by holding the headbands.

Throw away your mask in the garbage.
